Villa Karina is a spacious detached villa with a delightful swimming pool & garden area, located just 2200m from the Balcon de Europa.
Accommodation is on 3 levels. Ground floor comprises main lounge/dining room with feature fireplace, sat TV & access to the terrace.
The kitchen is spacious & well equipped with dishwasher, full oven & large fridge freezer. There is also a shower room on this level.
The upper level comprises 3 air conditioned bedrooms (2 doubles with en-suite bathrooms), a twin bedroom & family bathroom with corner bath.
All 3 bedrooms have access to a terrace.
The lower level comprises open plan living/dining room with kitchen area. 1 air conditioned twin bedroom, a double bedroom, plus a shower room.
There is also a utility area on the upper landing.
Private swimming pool (approx 7x4m) set in delightful gardens & terraces. BBQ area. Sun loungers etc.
Free street parking nearby.

Nerja is a coastal town at the foot of the Almijara mountains with a long tradition of fishing and agriculture. The fishermen still pull their nets ashore on Burriana beach and fresh produce can still be bought from the doorways of local people´s houses. The weekly market (Tuesdays) attracts many traders and shoppers from all over the region and the town centre has a vibrant, friendly atmosphere with many lovely shops and tapas bars & restaurants. Something for everyone!

This is a lovely property very suitable for a big group or family. Layout of accommodation works well. Pool is small but great for relaxing.

The pool was very cloudy when we arrived and although the owners did attend it never cleared for our stay. It was disappointing and a bit off putting to swim in.

The villa is beautiful and very clean. There were 8 of us and it was plenty big enough. We couldn't have asked for more. Wonderful holiday.
A small welcome pack with tea, coffee, milk would have been much appreciated after travelling. There was a bottle of water at least.

Beautiful villa, more so than expected. A small welcome pack of say few teabags, a little milk etc would have been appreciated. Great pool, great holiday. Thank you.
