Nous avons séjourné une semaine à la villa Cerezo et c’était vraiment parfait.
Nous avons pleinement profité de la piscine et du cadre magnifique.
Notre contact sur place, Joy, a été d’une grande gentillesse, très disponible et professionnelle.
À chaque fois que nous avions besoin d’aide, elle a répondu présente.
Un soir, nous avons eu une coupure d’électricité assez tard dans la nuit : elle s’est déplacée rapidement pour nous montrer où se trouvait le compteur à l’extérieur afin de rétablir l’électricité.
Sa réactivité et son accompagnement ont largement contribué à rendre nos vacances encore meilleures et à ce que tout se passe bien.
Ce que nous avons moins apprécié, c’est que la climatisation faisait sauter l’électricité.
