3 BED, 3 BATH STUNNING FRONT LINE GOLF VILLA WITH HEATED POOL

Firstly, we very much enjoyed our stay on the MMGR. The site is beautifully kept and is so close to all amenities, including shops and restaurants. We played golf, padel tennis, took the ferry to La Mango and swam in the Mar Menor. Los Alcázares is a great find.The villa is in a great location to visit Cartagena and Murcia.Unfortunately we were surprised to learn that there is no mid stay change of towels or linen for a 14 night rental, so we sorted our own laundry. The washing machine needed a boil wash and bleach to make it hygienic enough to use.We found that mattress protectors were missing for two out of the three beds. Despite sending reminders and the care team disputing how many were missing, they were never provided - apparently one was still at the laundry two weeks after our arrival...The pool was out of action for a couple of days and we had to chase up having the pool and surrounding area cleaned after the repair and to check ourselves if it was safe to use.The instructions for how to use the TV were not clear in the information folder and the details of how to contact the new villa care company had not been updated.The strong smell in the upstairs bathroom (as mentioned in an earlier review) was still there.

Lovely villa, beautifully maintained and in an ideal location. Great customer service from Sue, who came round to introduce herself and make sure we were happy and settled. Would definitely stay there again if we return to the area.

⸻Just back from our holiday at the Mar Menor Golf Resort – what a fantastic stay!The villa was absolutely beautiful – very modern, spacious, and had everything we needed. The outside space was particularly amazing and perfect for relaxing and spending time together.We travelled as a group of five: myself and my partner, my daughter and her partner, and my elderly mother. While the villa is a bit far from the Boulevard, we hired an electric buggy for my mum, which made it much easier for her to get around.We did experience a couple of issues with the air conditioning and Wi-Fi during our stay. These were addressed very promptly – however, the air conditioning in my mum’s bedroom couldn’t be fixed while we were there. The owner was very understanding and offered compensation, which we appreciated.The Wi-Fi was a bit of a problem for my daughter and son-in-law, as they needed a stable connection to complete some work while on holiday. The signal didn’t reach well outside, so we’d recommend making sure you have 4G or 5G available if internet access is essential.That said, none of these issues spoiled our holiday in the slightest. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this villa. A big thank you to Sue and Sarah, who were always available and responsive to any questions or concerns. We really appreciated your help

Fantastic Villa on Mar Menor Golf resort.Furnished to a really good standard, everything you would need was there. We arrived to a lovely, clean and well equipped villa.Pool was terrific as was the general outside space, went for the pool heating as we had young grandsons with us and that was a big bonus. Plenty of Sun loungers and the covered gazebo was great place to sit when needing to cool off.Supermarket only a 10 minute walk away (2 minutes in car), a good number of restaurants on Boulevard at entrance to the resort, only 15 minute walk away and 10 minute drive to Los Alcazares where there are a number of good restaurants, supermarkets and of course a lovely beach. A couple of issues when we were there but quickly resolved by Sue & Sarah.Been to resort a number of times and this was probably the best laid out Villa we have used.Overall a lovely villa, well managed on a great resort.Would definitely recommend this villa.
