Great location in Mar Menor Resort. 5 minute walk to the Boulevard for Bar/Restaurants. Less than 5 minute walk to Spar. The heated pool and outdoor seating areas were very pleasant but there is a flowering bush overhanging the pool area which constantly was shedding flowers into the pool and required cleaning up several times a day.

We wanted to check in to our accomodation at 3pm and had to pay an additional 50 euro for early check in. We contacted to management company on our first day to inform them the shower head holder in the main bathroom was broken. They assured us they would send someone over to fix it. They didn't, which meant we couldn't use it throughout our 5 day stay. We also informed them the hob in the kitchen was not working properly and again nothing was done to fix it. When you are paying a premium price for your stay, I would expect better service. These general maintenance requirements reveal a lack of attention to detail.
