Ubicación, instalaciones.
Nunca ni al llegar se puede interactuar con una persona . Nos llevo varias horas afuera esperando poder acceder . Al confirmar y pagar la reserva deben dar todos los pasos de códigos y que SI este la llave . Muy cansados con maletas, fue un mal Contratiempo dia de llegada . Deben mejorar ese proceso

Krásne ubytovanie v historickej časti Budapešti. Dobrá dostupnosť verejnej dopravy aj blízkosť k pamiatkam. Odporúčam
Posledný deň pri odchode prestala fungovať teplá voda. Nebolo to minutím teplej vody keďže tam je boiler ale asi jeho pokazenie. Nezvládli nás ani informovať či to opravia. A špinavý balkón. Za toto strhávam pár bodov.

Great location.
Check in took 1,5 hours, the e-lock was not working. On second day was no hot water to take a shower. All of this got fixed in reasonable times, but leaving bad impressions. Basic staff missing (coffee machine, wine glasses, cleaning stuff, etc), WIFI is ok, TV there but no broadcast.
