It was very spacious, beautifully designed and decorated, very warm and comfortable and surprisingly quiet for such a central location. The kitchen is very well stocked and has everything you need to make a huge Christmas dinner!! All the shops and Christmas attractions were within easy walking distance and we had a wonderful time exploring the city.
There were some things in the flat that needed attention and although we highlighted this to the property company by message on Booking.com, no one got back to us at the time or since. The stairwell was in a very poor state of repair, no lighting and actually looked derelict. It is apparently being renovated and I understand that this is outside the owners control, but I believe there is a legal duty of care to ensure safety of all visitors.

The property is fantastic - very spacious, clean and modern. it has everything you need for a short stay! The location is very central and the property is surrounded by lots of lovely bars, restaurants and shops!
We loved everything about the property but the stairwell is currently being repaired (which we did know about) and there is no lighting at all - it would be a lot safer if temporary lighting could be installed especially now that the dark winter nights have arrived!

Location, size, facilities and cleanliness of apartment were great. We were given the wrong code to get into lock box but after quick phone call that was all sorted.
The stairwell was a nightmare, no lights [which we were told about in advance and promised a bottle of bubbly but none was there], disgustingly dirty this could easily be improved upon with a good clean / tidy up and few bigger torches or temporary lights. It felt like lacked care.
