とにかく安い！ 札幌のメイン通りにもアクセスしやすく良かった！

2泊でしたが、できたらタオルの交換など 清掃とか入って欲しかった

Location was great. It was walkable distance from all the shopping and restaurants in Sapporo. The value for the money is also wonderful. I also appreciated that this place had thick windows and doors, so it was very quiet. Windows had screens, so we could open them at night for fresh air.

The check-in process was very confusing, time-consuming, and unnecessarily complicated. The elevator and corridors had an unpleasant odor, but that's probably because there is remodeling going on - the elevator walls were carpeted. There was no parking spot included, so we had to pay extra for parking on one of the nearby public parking lots. I also wished that there would be a dryer, but having just a washer was also good.

お部屋の広さ、立地が良かったです。地下鉄西11丁目駅が近く、目の前の道路は一方通行で静かでした。 タクシーを使っても、札幌駅前や二条市場も近いので便利で安かった。

チェックインのわかりずらさ。事前のQ Rは読み取りにくい。 また、連泊なのでリネン類を自由に持っていけるようにしてほしかったです。 また、住所をタクシー運転手に伝えても建物の名前と一致しないので、最寄りのコンビニで降ろしてもらうと伝わりますし、すぐです。

リラックス出来る畳と座卓があり、複数人での滞在に最適でした。キッチンと洗濯機がお部屋にあるのがとても便利でした。

鍵の受け渡しが少し分かりにくかったです。もう少し詳細に誘導していただけると良かったなと思いました。
