民泊・マンションということで、鍵の受け取りから不安がありましたが、マンション全体に民泊のお部屋が多く入っており、入り口のタブレット端末もチェックインでき、とてもスムーズでした。実際には、ホストの方の案内メールがしっかり届き、事前チェックイン・鍵の受け取り・返却も簡単スムーズでした！ゴミも、室内に置いてチェックアウトOKで、便利でした！お部屋は写真通りというか、期待以上でした！繁華街に程よく近く、静かなエリアでロケーションも良かった！

Der Odori-Park und viele Essensmöglichkeiten (z.B. in der Tanukikoji Shopping Street) sind problemlos zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war für drei Personen recht geräumig, eine vierte würde sicher auch Platz finden. Auch für Tagesausflüge in die Gegend finden sich Busverbindungen in Gehdistanz.
Das Check-in mit dem iPad vor Ort war etwas umständlich mit dem Einscannen, aber an sich kein grosses Hindernis.

Location is good
Lots of dust underneath the bed. We also saw dusty underwear underneath the bed. Water kettle is broken. It takes a while for the water to get hot at the sink.
