房間寬敞，而且非常非常乾淨；地理位置離公車站、大型超市、桑園車站走路都大概15分鐘左右，相當便利。

基本的には清潔でとても快適でした。 家族での滞在には最高です。
コンセントの位置が微妙でモバイルの充電に少し困りました。 また、クーラーがカビ臭くて使用するに耐えなかったです。 滞在日は札幌は夏の割に涼しく窓の開け閉めで対応できたから大丈夫でしたが、エアコンクリーニングをした方がいいと感じました．

部屋が広めでまあまあくつろげた
電気が暗かった 防音が良くなく騒いでいる声が夜中うるさかった チェックアウト時間がもう少し遅めだと良い
