About this cottage rental
Clearly Ours is only available for 29 days or longer. No shorter bookings are allowed.
Clearly Ours is winterized and can be rented from October to May as one rental period.
Clearly Ours is our 4 bedroom lakefront cottage on Clear Lake in Torrance.
We also have a 3+1 bedroom next door that can be rented with the same conditions as above.
Located in the heart of Muskoka minutes to Bala, 15 Minutes to Gravenhurst & Port Carling and 25 Minutes to Bracebridge.
Guests incur a Refundable administrative fee of $750 which is a damage/cleaning/security deposit.
Bedrooms:
Second Floor - 1) King sized bed primary bedroom has a 2 piece en-suite bathroom.
2) The second bedroom has a twin over double bunk and a double
brass bed.
Main Floor - 3) Queen size bed.
4) Double Bed. This room also has the stackable washer/dryer.
Spacious year round level lot cottage with a southwest exposure. Large windows in the living room and kitchen all overlook the lake. Beautiful Clear lake with its shallow sandy shoreline makes this cottage perfect for families, kids, grandparents and swimmers. The screened in Muskoka room which is perfect for lounging and meals
Dining, shopping, golfing, hiking, Seguin boating cruises, Torrance Barrens , Torrance Beer Spa, Clear Lake Brewery and Hardy Lake hiking trails are all nearby.. One pet allowed, additional deposit may be required - contact the owner prior to booking for details. Day guests Allowed.
Cleaning is not included in the rental fee. The premise must be left to the standard defined in the rental agreement.
Linens and towels are not supplied.
You must bring drinking water as the water is not potable. The water source is directly from the lake which we use for cooking, cleaning and bathing. There is a township freshwater supply located nearby to refill your supply.Important Notes:
1) The refundable administrative fee is addressed in the Terms of Agreement document and is usually returned within 7 days after the rental.
2) Prior to us accepting your booking, you must advise the cottage owner of the composite of the group. The pricing is for up to 8 people. If allowed to exceed 8 people, there is an additional cost of $275 per person to a possible total Max of 10 people allowed at Clearly Ours. This additional cost must be paid directly to & pursuant to the owners terms.
3) The cottage owner will send the customized documents to the guest for completion. They must be completed and returned to the cottage owner within 7 days. Once you return them completed, you will receive a welcome letter which contains useful information about their stay including the contactless key pad entry code.
4) Minimum rental is 29 days.
We have a 14' aluminum boat with a 9.9 motor for $475 per week.

We stayed at Natale & Marisa’s cottage for a week with our two young kids and we had the best time. The cottage itself is gorgeous, comfortable, with breathtaking views, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need (we were particularly impressed with all the toys & games available for kids). The location is ideal, beautiful waterfront with shallow clear water perfect for kids, and walking distance to restaurants and the general store. Natale & Marisa were perfect hosts and we hope to come back again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Only complaints are: -they don't supply firewood.
-the neighbors are 20ft to 25ft away. Cottages are very close. Sharing beach front with neighbors. Zero privacy.
Everything else was great.
