About this cottage rental
Clearly Ours Too is only available for a 29 day rental or longer.
Clearly Ours Too is our 3+1 bedroom lakefront cottage on Clear Lake in Torrance. A 5 minute drive to Bala and 15 minutes to Gravenhurst and Port Carling.
Clearly Ours Too is winterized and can be rented from October to May as one rental period..
Guests incur a refundable administrative fee of $750 which is a damage/cleaning/security deposit. This refundable fee is addressed in the Terms of Agreement document and is usually returned within 7 days after the rental.
Spacious year round level lot cottage with a southwest exposure. Large windows in the living room and kitchen all overlook the lake. Beautiful Clear lake with its shallow sandy shoreline makes this cottage perfect for families, kids, grandparents and swimmers.
Located in the heart of Muskoka minutes to Bala and close to Gravenhurst, Port Carling and Bracebridge.
Dining, shopping, golfing, hiking, Seguin boating cruises, Torrance Barrens, Beer Spa and Clear Lake Brewery and Hardy Lake hiking trails are all nearby. One pet allowed, additional deposit may be required - contact owner prior to booking for details. Day guests Allowed.
Cleaning is not included in the rental fee. The premise must be left to the standard defined in the rental agreement.
Linens and towels are not supplied.
You must bring drinking water as the water is not potable. The water source is directly from the lake which we use for cooking, cleaning and bathing. There is a township freshwater supply located nearby to refill your supply.
Important Notes:
1) The refundable administrative fee is addressed in the Terms of Agreement Document and is usually returned within 7 days after the rental.
2) Prior to us accepting your booking, you must receive permission from the cottage owner for two items. A) The composite of the group B) Bringing a pet. Failure to do so will result in you not complying with the rules and not being able to book Clearly Ours Too.
The pricing is based on 6 people and 8 people may be accepted. If allowed to exceed 6 people, there is an additional cost of $275 per person. This additional cost must be paid directly to & pursuant to the owners terms.
3) The cottage owner will send the customized documents to the guest for completion. They must be completed and returned to the cottage owner within 7 days. Once you return them completed, you will receive a welcome letter which contains useful information about their stay including the contactless key pad entry code.
4) There are a minimum 29 day rental.
We have a 14' aluminum boat with a 9.9 motor for $475 per week.

Our family of 4 enjoyed this wonderful cottage for a week. It was a relaxing stay filled with quiet mornings, many swims in the lake, canoeing, and some day visits to local towns and sights. An amazing break.

It was a wonderful vacation!!I really enjoyed it!The cottage was clean, the lake was amazing and clean. We swam several times a day, and the children in the neihboring cottage practically never got out of the water. For thise who love hiking, an amazing place fir this is Hardy Lake Trail. Beautiful nature, beautiful lake, good trails.And this is only 6 min drive from the cottage!Groceries are 10 min from the cottage, in a very nice clean towm of Bala.Everything was geeat, but fir those who want to relax here, small recommendations:- carefully read the descriptions of the cottage ( I was not attentive). - you must bring your own bedsheets and trowels ( after renting a cottages for almost 7 years, this was the first time the owners asked to bring your own, and this is not convenient)- you must buy a water for drinking ( they are not prepared it for you).But nevertheless, I had a great rest there.Natale was very friendly and immediately answered all my questions. Thank him very much!!

Beautiful cottage on Clear lake. Very clean, beds were extremely comfortable. Kitchen had everything you need. Lots of seating on the dock or deck. Perfect few days. The owners answered any questions we had promptly. Highly recommend.
