At TLC, we offer a range of beautiful cottages to choose from, including The Eagle's Nest, Hummingbird, The Loon, and The Dragonfly. Each one is uniquely decorated and can be rented separately or together, depending on your needs. With private parking and picnic areas, as well as stunning lake views, you'll have everything you need to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Muskoka.
The Eagle's Nest is our newest addition and is a newly renovated 5-bedroom deluxe waterfront unit that can sleep up to 12 adults. With three king-sized beds, two double beds, and one bunk bed, it's perfect for large families or groups of friends. Indoors, you'll love the private pool table and luxurious decor featuring new furniture and appliances. Outside, you can relax in the quiet park-like setting or enjoy a game of lawn darts, all while taking in the stunning view of the lake.
Our property is located at the north end of Tea Lake, right beside a small channel that leads directly into the Severn River. With private areas for each cottage, including separate fire pits, picnic tables, and sunning areas, you'll have plenty of space to explore and enjoy the beauty of the area. And if you have a boat, we have space at our Dock for you to park it and explore Tea Lake and the Severn River at your leisure. So why wait? We are a family of 7 adults and 5 children. Everyone thoroughly enjoy our stay at Eagle's Nest. Spectacular view from the cottage overlooking the lake. The kitchen was perfect and well stocked with all the essentials. Top marks too for cleanliness. The only minor negative was a pesky racoon who paid us a visit from time to time at night time.

The property is beautiful and was perfect for a weekend stay. We loved how spacious it was and is right on the water with access to the beach. The only downfall was that the hot tub was not useable for the weekend. Thank you for having us!!

Perfect place to stay if you are looking for a blend of the outdoors, and the comforts of home! Outdoor amenities are plentiful as we used the hot tub, canoes, and kayaks all week! The property is well maintained and clean, and there was ample space for our large group to be comfortable. The host was very responsive and was more than willing to help with any questions or concerns we had. We would definitely visit again!

The property we rented was advertised with several key amenities, including a hot tub and a pool table, which were crucial to our decision to book for our large party. Approximately one month before our scheduled arrival in the summer, we were informed by the property owner that both the hot tub and pool table would be unavailable due to 'winter damage.' When we inquired about a discount for these significant missing amenities, we were only offered a partial refund if we canceled, which was not a viable option given the short notice and the difficulty of finding alternative accommodation for a large group.Upon arrival at the property, the situation worsened. A maintenance worker was actively repairing the hot tub until 8 PM, yet it remained unusable for the duration of our stay due to cleanliness. Furthermore, we discovered that the advertised BBQs were sealed off and inaccessible, with a single, small burner provided as a replacement (not included in pictures). This made cooking for our large party incredibly challenging and inconvenient. The discrepancies didn't stop there; we also found several missing chairs and couches, further impacting the comfort and functionality of the space for our group.Overall experience was far below standards we expected from a VRBO listing. The significant misrepresentation of available amenities, with the lack of proactive communication and inadequate solutions, turned what should have been a relaxing trip into a frustrating ordeal.
