Welcome to Endless Summer! Our newly remodeled 1 bedroom/1 bath unit. Located on the 13th floor. As you enter the living room area, you will see beautiful views of the ocean and surrounding views.
This newly updated 1- bedroom, 1 -bath Gulf Front Condo! Comfortably sleeps 6, Queen bed in master, a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room with a twin bunk bed alcove. Your balcony and bay windows allow everyone to enjoy the breathtaking Panhandle sunsets.
Tidewater Beach Resort is within walking distance of Pier Park and offers a long list of amenities, unlike any other on the beach. From the onsite Movie Theater to the beachfront restaurant and bar, this resort offers every convenience. Enjoy a workout in the state-of-the-art fitness center while you watch the waves hit the shimmering sands, then enjoy a dip in one of two Roman spas or venture over to the heated indoor pool. Multiple hot tubs, two (2) outdoor pools, a Lending Library and Business Center, and so much more make this a premium location.

Clean with beautiful view. Centrally located and near every type of shopping need. Unit is around away from other foot traffic so quite from that perspective. Long term construction on building right next door disrupts the balcony experience during working hours. I would recommend buying your coffee filters ahead of time of time as not provided (basket shape). Sold out need to go to three stores. Read the fine print. No coffee,Salt or pepper or any condiments in the kitchen. We enjoyed our stay. Cons would be..... $70 per day per person for a lawn chair on beach cheaper to head to Wal Mart and buy one and leave it. Older building with inadequate elevators average wait time 5 to 9 minutes. We would choose to stay here again.

There were several great things about this Beach Resort, and only a couple of things that were not so great. The corner unit itself was as advertised. The unit was clean, well furnished and well stocked, and had a great view. We arrived very early from a morning flight, but the staff was kind enough to let us store our luggage behind the main desk for several hours until the late afternoon check-in. That was a major help and allowed us to walk to Pier Park, which is only around 3/4 of a mile away, and spend time there before check in. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and constantly cleaning. The beach was nice and being that we went on a holiday weekend it was busy, and that made it necessary to claim a spot on the beach before everyone else came down. The sunrises and sunsets were spectacular. There was even a beach umbrella in the closet that allowed us to avoid renting beach chairs and an umbrella. The only drawbacks were pretty minor things, like the size of the arcade, which is tiny. I counted 5-6 games tops. I was told prior to my arrival that the arcade games would be part of the resort fee but they were not. You had to spend your own money. No big deal there. There were some unpleasant smells down on the ground level at times. Again, no big deal. The most major drawback was the elevators, which I was already aware of upon reading the reviews prior to my stay. Sometimes the wait to get an elevator was over 30 minutes. Overall, not a bad stay.
