About this house rental

A beautiful 200-year-old thatched roof house, freshly renovated in new splendor. Nevertheless, the charm of the old farmhouse has been preserved. A new bathroom with a spacious bathtub plus an extra shower, a new kitchen with a large dining table for 10 people and a large living room with 2 sofas and a wonderful fireplace. Actually everything is new and fits in wonderfully. Two bedrooms have a high quality !! Boxsprin bed (180x200 + 160x200) !!. There is also a large terrace and a garden with a pavilion and at the end of the garden a small river that flows past. Think about whether I should put a small boat there.

A beautiful 200-year-old thatched roof house, freshly renovated in new splendor. Nevertheless, the charm of the old farmhouse has been preserved. We really had a great time. The house was very nice. The location was also very nice. Nearby Friedrichstadt and a trainstation. We made a lot of nice trips. Walking with the dog nearby the house was good. The houseowner Carmen was very friendly and she gave us great tips, that we all followed up. We had a lot of fun.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Kurzurlaub in diesem schönen Haus. Das Objekt ist wie beschrieben gemütlich eingerichtet und liegt in ruhiger Lage. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin ist reibungslos und angenehm. Die Lage des Hauses in Koldenbüttel ist dörflich. In einer halben Stunde ist man zu Fuß in Friedrichstadt. PS: der Brauch in Friesland von Tür zu Tür zu gehen und den Nachbarn ein Ständchen zu bringen ist sehr schön. Beim nächsten Mal haben wir auch Schnaps dabei 😏

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub mit 4 Erwachsenen, 3 Kindern und einem Hund verbracht. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail restauriert und dekoriert und war bemerkenswert sauber. Als Ausgangspunkt für schöne Wanderungen, Besuche im wunderschönen Friedrichstadt oder Ausflüge in die Umgebung z.B. nach Husum ideal. Der Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Gerne wieder!

zusammen mit der Familie haben wir ein entspanntes Wochenende verbracht. Das Ferienaus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Die ländliche Lage von Koldenbüttel bietet einen guten Startpunkt für Ausflugziele wie St.Peter Ording und Husum. Friedrichstatd ist 3 km entfernt. Vielen Dank an Frau Roberts für den netten Kontakt. Wie haben uns in Ihrem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt.

Authentisches Reethaus mit Charme und Herzblut eingerichtet. .Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Das Gebäude liegt zwar direkt an der Durchfahrtsstraß. Aufgrund des wenigen Verkehrs war das aber kein Problem. Der Garten ist großzügig und soweit eingezäunt. Allerdings mit ein paar Schlupflöchern. Einen neugierigen Hund, wie es unser ist, kann man nicht ganz unbeaufsichtigt im Garten lassen.

Ein kleines Dorf am Rande von Friedrichstadt, sehr ruhig und ein sehr schön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus unter Reet. Zu meckern gab es nichts. Kaminholz war genug vorhanden, für mich als Pyromanen sehr wichtig 😉 War vielleicht nicht der letzte Besuch hier

Sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus in landschaftlich schöner Umgebung. Es ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung oder Spaziergänge bzw. Laufrunden direkt vom Haus aus. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet mit einem gemütlichen Essplatz und einem schönen Kamin. Wir haben dort eine sehr erholsame Zeit verbracht, mit sehr netter Kommunikation zur Vermieterin und der guten Seele vor Ort.

Zusammen mit drei Kindern und einem temperamentvollen Hund haben wir uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei "Schietwetter" schafft der Kamin und die liebevolle Einrichtung eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre. Sankt Peter Ording ist mit dem Auto in ca. 40 Min gut zu erreichen. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen!

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war immer kompetent, sehr freundlich und zeitnah. Das Ferienhaus liegt mitten im beschaulichem Dorf Kolbenbüttel und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Hier fehlt es an nichts! Der Garten endet am Wasserlauf und bietet unterschiedliche Nutzungsbereiche. Ein Abend auf der Terrasse mit Familie oder Freunden wird lange in Erinnerung bleiben. Friedrichstadt ist in 3 Minuten erreichbar und im Radius von 60 km erreicht man problemlos Flensburg, Massholm, Kiel an der Ostsee oder im Radius von 40 km Sankt Peter Ording, Büsum, Niebüll an der Nordsee. Wir haben ein wunderbares langes Wochenende in diesem Reet gedeckten Ferienhaus mit der Familie verbracht. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön eingerichtet und erinnern an ein Cottage in Großbritannien. Die Lage lädt zu Spaziergängen in der näheren Umgebung ein. Wir haben Friedrichstadt besucht und waren in St. Peter-Ording am Strand. Wunderbares Reetdachhaus, sehr liebevoll und schön eingerichtet im idyllischen Dorf Koldenbüttel nahe dem Stadtdenkmal Friedrichstadt. Das Haus und der dazugehörige Garten (mit Hängematte) bietet alles, was man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht, v.a. wenn man für sich bleiben möchte. Perfekt in Zeiten von Corona!
