Roof terrace is amazing

Occasional smell from downstairs bathroom

Locatie super, heerlijke rust en toch midden in het centrum. Fantastisch mooie woonkamer met vide waarop je slaapt. Als kers op de taart een prachtig dakterras voorzien van ligbedden, bank, tafels met stoelen, koelkast en bbq!

Bed is redelijk hard, maar is dan ook het enigste punt van kritiek.

Very nice apartment 5 min away from the sea, in the center of Olhão. The apartment had basically all the necessities and comforts. At the arrival we also found a bottle of local wine, 1 bottle of water, 2 small beers and a couple a coffee capsules. They don’t provide shower gel/shampoo, but we solved with buying a solid one that we could take back home. The terrace was very nice and in another season we would surely have enjoyed the possibility to grill and eat outside (there is also a fridge on the terrace). The apartment was very clean and welcoming. Irina, who welcomed us at the check in, has been very nice and helpful with introducing us to the apartment and to Olhão (a couple of curiosity about the city, and where to find the closest supermarket- 2 min walking) and has been available for other small questions. They also provide some suggestions about good places where to eat delicious local food, which we found useful.

Only negative note is that some hours after we arrived, the bathroom downstairs started to smell like sewer (maybe from the shower). Maybe it had something to do with the wind or just with the fact that Olhão is a very old city.
