Good budget hotel for single people or traveling couples.

Attentive staff. Good place for the price I paid. I had some preexisting expectations and that is why I left a little disappointed but, to be fair, the staff did ask me to see the room before paying during my check-in, which I refused thinking they were simply being overly attentive, so I consider my disappointment mostly my own fault. The good things: Restaurant chef(s) were fast, food came out the kitchen within minutes, warm, and as expected. Swimming pool was available 24/7 and for someone who enjoys swimming at night this was perfect. Hotel is very close to popular places like beach clubs (FINNS, Atlas, etc.) and several restaurants. The hotel cat was a nice companion in the mornings, very friendly and fluffy.

Hotel is a bit hidden at the end of an alley, some Gojek drivers refused to pick up and drop at the door so I had to walk under the scorching a couple of times (good thing is, I got a good tan, haha). I think the swimming pool was placed in the wrong coordinate because the sun almost never hits it during the day, which keeps the water relatively cold, which for a Canadian is fine, especially with the hot/humid weather of Bali, but if you like warm swimming pools, this is not it. Open shower, meaning the water overflows to the toilet and sink area. There's a trick to get hot water in the morning, you gotta open the valve only a little bit, if you open it all the way it will come out cold for several minutes. No slippers and the floor is ceramic so be careful not to fall down when you get out of the shower. Do not forget to ask the staff to make up your room in the mornings, otherwise, they will leave it as is.

Been stay during NYE . Check in at 15.00 pm but room still not ready. And we wait another 30 minute. Really they are Not organize at all. Between room ready or not.

Not like my expectations

Location is near with atlas and finns beach club, many restaurants and near beach too.

The door made by glass so we can hear any sound from outside. And they give the card key room and for electricity room only 1. The staf said don't have anymore. When i want go out to beach club the staf said he will open my door later. But when i came back no one at reception. I looking for everyplace but didn't find anyone and after waiting 20mnt he came. And the location is behind the small road, only 1 car can pass the way.

Bathroom floor would get completely wet whilst showering and No bathroom floor towels provided On our second day we only got 1 towel as the hotel didn’t have enough. We had to go and demand for another one from a empty room. WiFi does not work

air con didn’t work, room very dirty. huge hole in the ceiling in the bathroom which was exposed to the outside world. only 2 sun loungers but the pool area is very shaded so doesn’t ever get much sun.

The staff was super professional and nice

The pillows smelled really bad, it was super noisy from upstairs, the rooms are really run down, only the staff was super professional. Would never come back for that price. 40€ for a night where the toilet didn’t flush, and you could hear people playing billiard all night upstairs even with earplugs. The pillows smelled really bad, had the bedsheets changed but didn’t take away the smell. Way too expensive for what it offers.

I would not recommend purchasing the breakfast. You will not receive extra items such as bath towels, pillows, room key. Cold shower. Construction in hallway started before 8 am.

Disappointing

very bad smell in the room, was damp and the door from the bathroom (which was partly outside) didn’t shut properly so there was so many mosquitos. The bed was very comfortable but overall the smell and damp room made it a very poor stay.

The room was quite cheap, but spacious and comfy, although simple. The bed was comfy and I had a good sleep. So, good value for money in my opinion. Better than many rooms in this price range. The location is great of course, easy walk to Berawa beach, many restaurants and shopping around, nice ice cream around the corner :) And private parking in an underground area which is super convenient. For the the busy area, it is surprisingly quiet at night. You get free water bottles.

It is a big hotel with many rooms and thin walls. If you have quiet neighbours, all good, if you have very noisy neighbours, well, then bad luck. I was lucky ;) It is not a very personal or particularly charming hotel, but as I wrote above, good value for money. Staff was friendly, some were helpful, some not very much. Sometimes they were a bit disorganized. At the time of my booking, there was still the huge building site just next to the hotel, however, not much noise coming from it.

Really good location in Canggu, 7 min walk from the beach for sunset everyday. Room was really nice, pool area was okay - staff were really nice and helpful

There isn't much seating by the pool, one end of the pool had loads of red ants, the bathroom door doesn't close and it's an open bathroom so mosquitos can get in

Disappointing

Falwty Towers is 5-stars compared to this hotel. First of all it is next to a construction site. It is extremely noisy from heavy machinery. The hotel should have advertised this in their postings on bookings channels. (They haven’t.) When I came back after lunch I discovered that the water to the bathroom sink was shut off, without any notification of the hotel. After washing my hands with the toilet jet shower (really!) I took a nap. After half an hour mechanics started banging on my door for the repair works. I booked for 3 days but fled this horror place after 2. At the check out, when asking if they could call a taxi, they said “we don’t provide such services”, after which I was left no other choice than dragging my luggage over a 300 meter dirt road along the construction site to the main road to flag down a taxi.

Clean, new property... Comfy beds!

The rooms are spacious, new and clean, comfy beds and nice hot water. Location is at the end of a gang so it's pretty peaceful and quiet off the main street. The staff are super lovely and there is a nice restaurant space downstairs to work if needed. A short walk to the beach and so many lovely cafe's and healthy food options around the area within walking distance.

There is no safety box in the rooms and no power point in the bathroom or by the desk space. Security was not an issue but as a traveler I always preferred to have a safety box to lock valuables such as passport etc.

LOUD CONSTRUCTION!!!

The beds were very comfy. The location was also nice because it was really close to a bunch of restaurants, a little further from the beach though.

There was lots of very loud construction all day right next to the hotel. It was noisy, and very disruptive from sunrise till just about sunset. Made it impossible to enjoy the pool area, and you could hear it quite clearly in the rooms. It looks like they're starting on a big project, so it looks like the construction could last for awhile. The lobby was also annoyingly designed, and grab drivers often had a difficult time locating the front of the hotel for pickup.
