We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage in Falmouth. From the moment we arrived, Mark and Kat made us feel incredibly welcome. After an eight-hour drive, being greeted with homemade scones, jam and cream was such a thoughtful touch and a lovely way to start our holiday. The cottage itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family break. The setting is absolutely beautiful and provided the perfect base for exploring the area while still enjoying some much-needed quality family time. One of the highlights for us was meeting all the animals. Our son absolutely loved helping to feed them each morning, and he completely fell in love with the dogs, who kept him entertained throughout our stay. It really added something special to the experience. Mark and Kat were fantastic hosts, friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly getaway, and we hope to return ourselves in the future.

My sister and I had a fantastic 4-night stay at this high-spec, adorable cottage in Cornwall. The owners, Mark and Kat, were incredibly welcoming, and their two lovely boys and three friendly dogs made it feel like arriving at a friend’s home. The cottage sits in a peaceful, secluded spot surrounded by lush vegetation, a pond, chickens, ducks, swans, and a lovely little garden. Inside, the cottage is spacious, spotlessly clean and thoughtfully designed. The downstairs has a large double bedroom with ample wardrobe space. There is also a great bathroom: a good-sized space, a walk‑in shower, a large sink area, a big mirror, and cupboards and shelving underneath, stocked with cleaning materials and towels. Upstairs, it’s bright and spacious, with an open-plan furnished living and dining area and a well-equipped kitchen stocked with tea, coffee, and all the cleaning supplies you could need. There is also a very comfortable double sofa bed. The welcome treats were such a lovely touch: homemade scones with clotted cream and jam, a bottle of wine, and olive oil ready for cooking. Such a thoughtful touch. Great Wi‑Fi, TV, and loads of sockets too. We honestly couldn’t fault a thing—a fabulous stay from start to finish. A big 'THANK YOU' to Mark, Kat, and family. What a lovely stay. If you like animals, this is the place for you. The hosts were so wonderful, we got to meet everyone on the farm and it truly is a beautiful place doing great things to support animals in need of rescuing. The cottage itself was fresh, clean and had everything we needed and we were treated to home made scones and a bottle of wine in the fridge. What more could you want! We probably had some of the best nights of sleep we've had in a while. Everything is a short drive away and the local pub is a beautiful walk through the woodland. Absolutely would stay again and recommend to any couple or small family. We'll be sad not to have the lovely dogs greeting us at the door every morning.

As it's very new, we have a couple of recommendations to make it even better, a small bin inside and a mat by the balcony so no one ruins the lovely carpet upstairs ☺️ There was nothing we 'didn't like'!
