Appartement vue imprenable sur la Loire !!!

This apartment is stunning...so well equipped and clean, you couldn't want for anything. It was even equipped with things for small children which was lovely. There is a fridge of different wines and you can choose a bottle and leave your money. We thought this was a great idea as we knew the host would have a better idea than us of what to get. The view out the window is fabulous of the river and althought there is a road you don't hear it and there was hardly any traffic Communication with Delphine was excellent, she was quick to reply and directions to the property and how to get in were excellent. All the information that was sent was superb with pictures and instructions and it just made the whole process so stress free. The town is lovely lost of different shops and there is a big selection of restaurants to eat and the food was good. We loved our stay at the apartment ..it was perfect ..thank you :)

Komfortabel eingerichtete Wohnung in einem repräsentativen Gebäude in wunderschöner Panoramalage. Gute Betten, Kühlschrank mit drei Tiefkühlfächern, alles war sehr sauber und wurde in einer Broschüre für die Anreise und mit vielen Tipps für den Aufenthalt sehr gut und anschaulich erklärt. Angenehmes Wohnviertel, da das Schlafzimmer nach hinten liegt, ist es dort auch nachts ruhig. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist der schöne Blick über die Loire und ihre Sandbänke, den wir vom Esstisch aus genossen haben! Von der Kaffeemaschine (Filter und Senseo) bis zur Teekanne mit Teesieb war alles vorhanden. Zur Innenstadt von Saumur mit Geschäften und Gastronomie läuft man 15 Minuten die Loire entlang, unseren Wagen konnten wir auf dem zur Wohnung gehörenden Parkplatz abstellen. Das Apertiv-Paket für den Anreisetag und der Blick in den Weinkühlschrank lohnen sich!

Man kann auch sehr Gutes noch verbessern: Statt der Tischdecke aus durchsichtigem PVC würden wir uns für unseren nächsten Aufenthalt eine Glasplatte über der originellen Tischplatte (schöne Holztür) wünschen. Etwas mehr Platz im Kleiderschrank für unsere Wäsche wäre super, die Kissen und Decken nahmen dort recht viel Platz ein

The apartment is in an amazing building directly overlooking the Loire and with direct access to the cycling paths. Clean, comfortable and fully equipped, it had everything we needed for our stay. The weather was extremely hot during our stay and despite not having air conditioning, we managed to keep the rooms comfortable by keeping curtains closed during the day and using the fan provided in the bedroom at night.

This luxurious and spacious apartment is in an ideal location, a short walk from the city centre and has easy access to major driving and cycling routes to all the attractions in the Loire Valley, chateaus etc. The views overlooking the river are magnificent. The facilities are excellent and Delphine clearly invested a lot of time and effort into making our stay a real pleasure. The communication was prompt and instructions were very comprehensive and clear. There is secure private parking a few metres from the entrance door and the grounds were very peaceful and felt safe. We were sad to leave and would definitely ask to stay again.
