I thought we have to go out during evening time but they engaged us within the resort and we loved every event there... We loved it to the core ... especially night time movie on out door like old days.. literally had my childhood days

Although this was my third visit to Marutham Village Resort, it turned out to be a very disappointing experience for our group of friends. The toilet flush in our room was not functioning properly, and there was no water supply between 7:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. We repeatedly tried contacting the staff through the intercom, but there was no response. Dinner was equally disappointing. Despite arriving early, there was a prolonged delay in serving the food we had ordered. After making us wait for a long time, the staff informed us that some of the dishes we had ordered were unavailable. This visit was far below the standards we had experienced during our previous stays, and we hope the management takes the necessary steps to improve its service and maintenance.
