    OVER ALL GOOD EXPERIENCE EXCEPY THE MATTRESS AND COTT ARE UNCOMFIRTABLE TO SLEEP

    For a 4-star property, one would expect high standards of cleanliness; unfortunately, that was not our experience. The ceiling fans in our room were heavily dust-laden, indicating they had not been cleaned for a long time. Outside our room, old linen was left unattended, which led to mosquitoes entering the area. We also found toothpaste discarded on the floor by previous occupants, clearly showing that the room had not been properly cleaned before our check-in. Even after requesting cleaning the next day, the fans remained dirty and the towels were not replaced. The resort offers very limited activities for children—only one table-tennis table (which was folded by 7 PM), one chess board, and a few board games kept in an open area prone to mosquitoes. The breakfast spread was good; however, dinner options were very limited considering the price. The only positive aspect of the trip was sightseeing in Mahabalipuram. Overall, I did not enjoy my stay at this resort and found it below expectations for its rating.
