Die Wohnung war geräumig und sehr gut direkt am Arno gelegen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen, Geschäfte zum Einkaufen sind direkt in der Nähe, ebenso eine Bar in einem kleinen Park direkt gegenüber und einige Restaurants.
Ein Zimmer ist zur Straße heraus und ein bisschen lauter, das andere Zimmer ist zum Hof gelegen und etwas dunkel. Das Wasser im Waschbecken fließt nicht gut ab. Die Wassertemperatur im Bad ist nicht leicht zu regulieren. Der Vermieter hat sich aber des Problems angenommen.

The host was very pleasant, chatty, knowledgeable and spoke great English. Gave us some great advice on where to go and what to do. Was in excellent communication with us throughout out stay. Very centrally located with easy access. Large two bedroomed apartment.
As with so many of these places in Florence, it was old. I don't mean 16th Century, I mean 40 - 50 years. This meant that the shower and hot water wasnt so great and the decor a bit tired. Some foods that were there for our use had passed their usebuy date. Needed more of a 'women's decorating touch'.

Spacious, homely and very well maintained. Big rooms and lots of space for 2-4 people.
As it was hot we had the windows open in the night, and it’s down the road from an ambulance station. Nothing too bad, but maybe not great if you have a baby as they are noisy.
