We have lived in Paphos for over 10 years and have a wealth of local knowledge and experience. We feel that many visitors are simply thrown into the deep end upon arrival at a property, with little or zero local knowledge. We are on hand personally to offer our help and experience as needed, as well as being able to offer our best personal recommendations gained over a decade of trial and error to help make your holiday truly special.
The Apartment is furnished to a very high standard with all the conveniences you may need. The pool, gardens and resort are maintained impeccably.
We personally collect you from Paphos airport free of charge to ensure you are taken care of from the moment you arrive in Cyprus.
Detailed Description:
Maya's Apartment is 15 minutes from Paphos airport with our complimentary transfer, midway between the sea and the renovated old town. It's on a small, attractive development and has a large pool with sun loungers. We are within easy walking distance of local sites, restaurants and shops. We get excellent reviews from our guests and have repeat bookings. The harbour has an old fort to explore & a wonderful archaeological site with great mosaics & amphitheatre. Driving on the left is easy & roads are not crowded. Paphos has a low crime rate and we are in a particularly low crime area, but we subscribe to a security service to give you peace of mind. We also provide a safe for your valuables.
Kitchen: The kitchen has a 4 ring electric hob and full sized NEF oven. There is a microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine. There's an ample supply of cutlery and crockery and we have plastic plates and glasses for outdoor use.
Living Room: The lounge/diner is a large room. It has 2 ceiling fans, powerful air conditioning and winter heating. There are 2 leather sofas with a coffee table; LG Smart TV with DVD/CD player and lots of CD's and DVD's. It has a dining table & 4 chairs.
The bathroom has a large powerful double shower, WC and wash basin. It has winter heating and a generous amount of storage.
Golf: There are 4 golf courses a short drive from Paphos including the fabulous Elea Golf Course which has a challenging Par 71 course, designed by the legendary Sir Nick Faldo. It incorporates numerous natural features and boasts stunning views of the Mediterranean. Google 'Golf courses in Paphos' for more information.
Additional Information: Notes on accommodation:
This development is ideal for children as well as seniors, it's also ideal as we're in a level area and it's an easy walk to restaurants and shops. It's a non smoking apartment, but with the warm weather, it's no problem to smoke outside. All utilities such as electricity, aircon and heating are included in the price. (some owners charge extra). We take 4 people and a baby and cots, we offer high chairs and a welcome pack is a standard feature for all bookings.
Outside:
The apartment benefits from a fabulous terrace offering a prime position over looking the pool. There is a large table with 4 cushioned chairs as well as an outdoor furniture set. We offer 2 large sun umbrellas as well as 2 large sun loungers. The large shared swimming pool also has plenty of sun loungers so you can relax by the pool if you wish.
Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service:
Towels and linen are provided and changed weekly. We also provide beach towels. The house is cleaned at the start and end of your stay.
Other:
There is a communal, lockable pool room/changing room with toilets and showers.

Lovely holiday, James genuinely couldn't be more helpful.
I'm sure location is fine in the cooler weather but unless you're used to the heat in July its too hot to walk to harbour/beach. In saying that taxis are plentiful and reasonably priced.

James met us at 2230 and went through the appt details. He was a great host always helpful and gave good I formation.
Appt was very nice and as described.

Great host James picked us up from airport which is a bonus and we're pleased with the location of the appartment and had everything you need to enjoy your stay. Not bad walk to the harbour but taxi is 10 euro if needed and good taxi service. Supermarkets just 10 minutes walk and very good. If your looking for quiet location with great pool the can't go wrong. Security regularly came round which is good to see just for peace of mind.

Stayed here for 5 weeks and didn’t want to come home! Excellent communication and care from James the owner. Helpful, knowledgable and felt like we’d made a good friend. Property was home from home. Good inside space and fab outside space and pool area. Will definitely be returning
