Location, how quiet it was, accessibility to both Kato Pafos and the Old Town. The fact that I book every two months to stay there should really say it all.

- Clean apartment. - Had almost everything needed in the kitchen so as to make your self a meal/breakfast. Missing a few things which would be good to add. Eg a kitchen towel, sachets of coffee, a bottle of water. - Had aircondition as well as a thermal unit. - The apartment had its own parking and it was easy to get in out of the complex. - Didn't try the wifi so I don't know if it was good or not.

- The bathtub is very slippery and unsafe. It needs a mat in it. - The hairdryer is not working. So, this must either be replaced or removed from the list of items included. - The TV although connected to Netflix, is on a different language (not in English); and there aren't even subtitles. This language is overlapping of the English one. - Couldn't even watch the rest of the channels; as either there aren't any or because I just couldn't find them. - To get the keys from the box it was a bit tricky. This is because besides the code, there should be further instructions on how to get them from the box after input of the code. I had to call for clarification.

Spotless clean place with very nice facilities. Note the pool is closed from November to March though. The check-in process was uncomplicated, and the balcony was an extra that we really enjoyed., So far the value for money was very good. There are books to borrow and a nice living room to hang out in after a day of exploring. We would repeat.

Wifi is terrible. Don't book this place if you need to work remotely, because you won't be able to. The 5G signal is not good, so if you absolutely need to use fast internet during your stay, this is not the right place. We missed some kitchen basics like salt, olive oil, etc., for cooking. The hot water didn't work at the beginning. We figured out the system later on, but it took me a cold shower to realize it. Everything was fine later, after we waited half an hour or so. Because we only stayed for one night, this didn't matter to us. But it can be a dealbreaker for others depending on the length of their stay. Our experience was very pleasant and the self-check-in convenient.
