Well furnished and equipped. Love a balcony, great views. Can leave the bed down without it getting in the way. Short walk to co-op and pubs/restaurants.
Couldn't find a measuring jug.
Used to having a welcome pack of milk, tea & coffee.

35 The Salcombe is a small apartment with a drop down bed in the entry way as you enter the apartment.
The kitchen/lounge/diner is compact but comfortably appointed.
It is in a good location with great views out over the estuary.
Having a guaranteed parking spot in Salcombe is a great benefit.
Apart from the double doors that lead out to the balcony, there are no windows that can be opened for ventilation. The apartment can quickly become stuffy. In hot weather this would be very uncomfortable, especially at night when you could not leave the balcony doors open. There is a fan provided.
