Good location, well-equipped.

Tiny main bedroom - the twin room has the en suite. So noisy, with neighbours clattering and it seems to be a popular spot for the seagulls. Some of the items in the kitchen weren’t clean and the property is quite damp.

Great property right in the centre of town with everything needed for a lovely few days in Salcombe.

It was all good.

Location

The stairs were not mentioned in the property blurb. This is not suitable for customers with mobility issues. Light bulbs need replacing. Mop & bucket smells by the front door. Alleyway is not swept bad first impression. The broadband box is not with the password. The information book needs updating.

The longe and bedrooms are stylishly done and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked too.

Both bedrooms lead directly onto the stairs instead of a landing, which is an accident waiting to happen! I A landing and spiral staircase would work far better in the space. There is also a stair going into the kitchen which is a trip hazard. And the front bedroom windows could do with double glazing. The bin collections wake you up very early! Both showers can't be used at the same time. When they are the shower in the ensuite just stops. There is a horrible smell of damp on the stairs leading up to the apartment. The apps on the TV don't work and you cannot cast from your device.
