We could smell clean/bleach when we walked in! It was nice and clean!

The peaceful surrounds and great view was perfect. We were a group of ladies of an age where home comforts were essential and this property more than provided… games, beautiful comfortable beds and sofas and a stunning open kitchen area.. we were left some gorgeous lemon drizzle and bits and we truly had a most memorable weekend and were blessed with good weather..

Perfect base for our family to explore the cotwolds from.
Beautifully warm with under floor heating and log burners. Well equipped kitchen everything we needed to knock up evening meals after days exploring.
The bed in the downstairs bedroom nearest bathroom has dipped near the pillow end making a bit of an uncomfortable sleep. Hot water ran put in shower but my kids do spend a long time showering!!

Beautiful cosy barn in a great location to explore the Cotswolds. Lovely and warm with the underfloor heating. Included everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.
