Nice, clean and spacous accomodation in a very quite sceenic rural Wales. Comfortable beds and sofas with a spacious kitchen. I couldn't expect more.

Ony thing, I can mention is the wifi. If they could ensure that the wifi is available throughout the property, that would be great. Wifi was accesable only on a limited area on the ground floor but it wasn't available on the first floor.

Beautiful cottage in a stunning location

Beautiful cottage set in a stunning location with amazing views. The cottage was cosy and comfortable with everything we needed. Loved the outside space to sit out in at night. Good location to Cadair Idris and towns close by with shops and restaurants.

The upstairs bath is leaking. We used it on the first morning and the leak went through kitchen the ceiling into the toaster. The plug socket also got wet. We've reported it into the suggestions book and noticed it had been noted before in February.

Spectacular location. Arrived on a rainy chilly day to find the heating turned on, we felt cozy and welcomed. The wine and cake were a lovely touch.

Very enjoyable stay and would love to come back

Quiet peaceful and beautiful location. The house was very clean and had all the amenities required. As it was on a farm it felt safe for both us and our Motorcycles.

The surface outside was not as hard as it looked so the bike stands sunk into it and one bike fell over as a result. Just a little warning that it would soften in the rain would have prevented us making the mistake of not putting anything under the stands

This place felt like in Heaven. in terms of view, location it was just more than perfect and our children had a great time so did we.

we know to get the property ready for next guest it requires time. I always stay in self catering lodges and this is the first time we were asked to take out our bedding and towel and put that in a bag. We needed to check out at 9.30 which we felt extremely tight as we had 4 children to get ready with and tidy up the house, clean the bin and this laundry things made me stressed out in the morning. I didn't have a chance to have a last cup of coffee and enjoy the view. The check out time should be at least 10.30 as the check in time was late as well. Apart from this there is nothing we didn't like

Absolute Gem

The cottage has been renovated to a high standard. Underfloor heating with a fully equipped kitchen. Cosy bedrooms upstairs with mattresses that gave all of us the best night every night and a very cosy loving area with a 10 seater dining table and log burner and there is a fully equipped utility Room, washing machine, dishwasher, sink and a huge walk in shower room and toilet. The cottage is Very remote but only a short drive to the local town of twynn for a takeaway, beach and a big sized Co op for essentials. You enter the cottage through a working farm with cows and a bull(all safely fenced in by the way) the kids loved it oh, and a very helpful polite farmer. The owner bryony is such a brilliant person who wants you to have the most amazing stay and this became apparent during our time there. The cottage and the host work together to make sure you have a truly magical time surrounded by some of the best countryside and mountains on the planet. If youre looking at this cottage don't hesitate to book it. Thank you bryony

Perfect place for peace and quiet

Very spacious, great functionality, in the middle of nowhere which is exactly what we wanted. We were really impressed with the finishing and how modern the space is. There was a bookcase full of books and games. We BBQ every night and played mexican train (domino's game), whilst enjoying the fireplace. Central heating in the living place. Enough mirrors in every room, geat that there was dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen

We quite like a proper BBQ, so that would be the only thing we recommend to look into. The shower was hot, but if you sre a scorcher like myself I would have preferred it a bit hotter.

Beautiful house, perfect location

Beautifully decorated and in a lovely setting. Spotlessly clean everywhere.

Only gripe was there was only mirrors in the bathrooms and not near a plug socket so was impossible to dry your hair in front of a mirror.
