Extremely welcoming, very friendly and receptionist very professional and helpful.
As we understand they were busy, waiting for the valet staff to get us our vehicle. However they were very friendly and would apologize for the delay.

Good beds and good space in the rooms.
No parking, bathroom was filthy. I had to ask front desk to cleaned the sink as I found hair upon arrival. Breakfast was mediocre, no quality and little options, specially for the price, not worth it.
