Pekoe Lodge

its located in maskeliya a small village between the 2 lakes and our rooms were facing the lake and adams peak which is an amazing site day and night. its half hour drive from Adam's peak if you want to climb it or just go the the cafes near it. same amount of time from gartmore falls- lower and upper. the rooms were huge and modern, very comfortable beds and showers with hot water. coffee tea and water were supplied. the only thing is there are not alot options for food at the village. we had breakfast at the hotel which was great and in the eveing there was a hotel/ restaurant they made everything on the spot and grew their own vegetables it took along time but the food was great. its a great area for hiking in nature a but undiscovered so harder to find the routes. most tourist atraction is next to casterleigh reservoir and through the resorts around it(much more expensive )

the location is the best in the area: the most terrific view to the lake and Adam’s Peak. The room is comfortable and neat. The host is amazing - he does the best to make guests comfortable.

Overall facilities: they have big space but it is quite empty - no flowers, not much interior things making this place cosy. With this space it could be real paradise with a lady’s hand.
