Nice family house, great owners

I was there just before Christmas, so I was the only guest. They were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. I have choose the breakfast option, which was fresh and delicios, especally the home made jam.

For me, everything was okay. Some reviews said it was bad, that the family lived in the same house, but for me it was okay as well, they didn't bother me at all.

Authentic experience on a working farm

A truly working farm in a gorgeous location. Surrounded by mountains and right in the farm. Great breakfast and very friendly family. Self catering facilities and tea and coffee provided.

Peace and quiet in the country

It was peaceful and quiet. Helga and Hannes were lovely. Breakfast was good....I am partial to a good continental breakfast. Setting was on a working farm with cows, chickens at the front door and horses. Enough hot water, bed was comfy and we had a lovely balcony with a view. Would go back again.

I found the pillow too soft..but thats just me. . Kettle in the room would be a nice touch. Also there are stairs to climb to the room for anyone who has issues.

Good and simple room with shared WC/shower and friendly owners

The room is exactly as described and you can park directly at the house. The owners are also extremely friendly and have replied very quickly to our request for a late check-in (after 21:00). The price is very wallet-friendly in comparison to similar rooms in the vicinity.

You need to be aware that the bathroom and shower is shared between 6 rooms and that the owners' family lives in the lower floors of the house. In my opinion this is not a issue, but just be aware of it.

Very good location as a base for trips within Karynthia region. Modest clean room with access to common balcony. Despite of room without toilet and shower during our visit we had individual acces to them. Nice surrandings of the house with place to play for children. Nice place to rest after hiking. Delicious breakfast with self made or other regional farm products. Very good jams and hooney. Best choise taking into account price related to quality.

The house is an old farmhouse and full of character. The views from the balconies were so lovely. Room was clean and quiet and comfortable. Family were friendly and helpful.

Stairs might be an issue for someone with mobility issues but the view made up for this!

You are staying at people's home as a guest. It is not comercial at all. All food is home made. It is autentic old. Energy is nice, not hot in the summer due to Alps.

Zeer mooie omgeving/ vriendelijke ontvangst/ mooi landelijke huis/ zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. De gedeelde wc en douche was voor ons geen enkel probleem. Alles was zeer huiselijk

Schöner Hof, weiches Klopapier, grundsätzlich freundlich und nett

Es gab für uns kein Frühstück! Bei unsere Buchung stand "beliebte Ausstattung - sehr gutes Frühstück"bei der Buchung war diese Option aber nicht auswählbar!! (den Screenshot habe ich vor Ort auch hergezeigt) Für uns bedeutete dies ganz klar -> es ist automatisch inkludiert. Unter dieser Annahme fanden wir die Preis/Leistung gut und hatten uns für diese Unterkunft entschieden. Vor Ort fanden wir heraus, das es am nächsten Morgen (Sonntag) für uns kein Frühstück geben wird (dafür hätten wir Aufpreis zahlen müssen) ... sehr ärgerlich

Apartmán bol pekný a čistý. Na prespatie pomer cena/výkon - skvelé. Izba bola veľká. Na chodbe spoločná chladnička. Určite by som sa sem vrátila, keby potrebujem prespať a oddýchnuť si po dlhej ceste.

V lokalite bolo mierne cítiť zápach z kráv v blízkosti ale nebolo to nič rušivé. Na prízemí pravdepodobne žije staršia osoba, cítiť tam akoby starinu, na našom poschodí to však nebolo. Nakoľko sme mali celý objekt pre seba, ťažko mi súdiť ako to tam je keď majú plno.

Wir waren nur auf der Durchreise und haben eine Nacht am Köstlhof verbracht und können sagen dass der Hof sehr gemütlich ist und die Gastgeber:innen sehr freundlich. :)

Bardzo klimatyczny dom Wygodne spanie , łazienka i toaleta wspólna , ale to absolutnie żaden problem. Bardzo mili gospodarze. Bardzo dobre śniadanie.

Ausgezeichnetes und sehr reichliches Frühstück. Sehr ruhig da abseits der Bundesstraße. Wer alte Bausubstanz gern hat, fühlt sich hier pudelwohl.
