Great stay, good location

Comfortable and hostess were very helpful and accommodating. Seemed genuinely happy to get guests. Breakfast was exceptional.

Bedding was okay but 'continental' duvet type.

Budget stay for not a budget price.

Breakfast was nice along with Nina who served breakfast. Bathroom was nice

Self check-in, if you have self check-in please make clear before booking. Airconditioning did not work, it was a warm day. It only works for one room at a time! Opening window let in noise and insects! Room very small.

Great place for a stopover or couple of days. Room clean & tidy. Fantastic breakfast with so much choice. Extra mile for bikers - bike covers and visor cleaning stuff if needed. Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful.

Exceptional

Hospitality of Kevin was exceptional. He is bringing a nice Italian charm in this beautiful Austrian village. We took also dinner so he was cooking delicious Italian dishes.

Beautiful location, very nice hotel

Good breakfast & very helpful staff. We had spacy room for our family with nice view. Climatization definitely as a plus. WiFi worked ok.

Shower tub was bit small for operating but fine. The only missed thing was a fridge - especially during hot summer days that would be helpful.

We liked the spacious appartment, location, beds are very comfortable.

The first day, when we arrived, there was quite cold in the appartment, probably due to the fact that there is only floor heating, but not in all rooms. So the bathroom was quite cold and so were the bedrooms. But it was ok the following days. We missed the clothes hanger, to use it after swimming in the Aquarena - no place to put wet towels etc....

Perfect location in a lovely Austrian town. Spacious and clean family room, clean and seprate bathroom and toilette (both with roof windows). Fresh, varied and very tasty breakfest with perfect artisanal coffee. Kevin (owner) could train customer service in hospitality business. Thank You and see You again!

A great stay and very good value

A cleverly restored house with a delightful host. Our roof attic room with small but had everything we needed, including a very good bathroom, particularly the hot shower. Kevin is obviously multi-talented, he produced croissants he had made (excellent) and good Italian properly made coffee. Best breakfast! The house is right opposite the church in the middle of the village.

Ski holiday with friends

It has a modern, comfy interior and nice bathrooms. Very well equipped kitchen and bathrooms with machines. Our host, Kevin was extremely kind, welcoming and prepared good breakfast for us every day with coffee made freshly. It was all great, thank you Kevin!!!
