Beautiful new house in Quinta Maretta Puerto Morelos. Equipped with everything you need to make your stay an experience full of comfort and well-being.
It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, tv studio, full kitchen, living room, dining room.
Our mattresses are of the highest quality for a perfect rest
The white and towels are of excellent quality which will allow you to sleep peacefully during the night and fill yourself with Energy.
The common areas are beautiful and the pool is surrounded by tropical trees where birds and colorful parrots arrive.

Condo was exactly as presented. Lots of beach towels, owner supplied the drinking water and was very prompt to address any of our issues. Colonia side has many excellent restaurants, half the price of port side. Only downside was you need a car, bike or use the collectivo, to get around unless you don’t mind waiting for a taxi. I would highly recommend this condo.

Our first arrival had a hard time getting past the security gate. Contacted host on first day of 5 night stay since downstairs toilet would not flush. Someone came out to fix toilet the next morning, but they broke the supply valve causing lots of flooding out of the bathroom. The first floor was flooding into the hall and into a bedroom across the hall. The person who broke the valve was mopping water out the front door as fast as they could. We helped. We had to stay at unit for several hours while the flooding was taken care of which impacted our vacation plans. The problem seemed to have been fixed later that day so we all left. When we came back late that night the water stopped altogether after using for a short time so we couldn’t use showers or toilets, etc after being in the ocean, etc. Contacted the host again. Someone had forgot to turn the water supply to a cistern back on. They came out the next morning to turn on the supply but it took some time for the system to fill and provide water so we missed out on some other planned activities. We started looking for other places to stay, but decided too much hassle. I contacted the host to ask for compensation for lost vacation time and they agreed to provide a refund. After back and forth on how much, the host ended what was previously good communication. I agreed to accept the host final offer for refund, but I had to contact VRBO to contact the host. Still waiting for refund...
