Premium Homes Puerto Morelos Beautiful, charming.

This two story apartment was great for us, since we were in the area working all day during our stay. It was merely a place to sleep... but I think it's worth noting that the pictures make the place look a lot newer/cleaner than it actually is. It looks a bit more weathered than the photos, from water stains and such from being a few years older. The "master" shower pressure was dismal, so we all used the downstairs shower. The hot water didn't last long, so take quick showers! This is all normal to Mexico, though... so nothing different than anywhere else.The AC works great and the property owner was fantastic to deal with... and the neighborhood felt safe since it's gated. It is worth noting that the neighborhood location is ACROSS the highway (west) from downtown Puerto Morelos, which is the beach side of the highway. This home is about a 5-7 min drive to the town square, where the restaurants and beach attractions all are!Overall, it is a great spot for the price and mostly as expected!

We had a two week stay at Palma Grande. We found the accommodations very clean. The person we were dealing with (Moises) was always very prompt in his replies to any concerns we had as a group. I would recommend this property to others. Short cab rides to the beach and also short cab rides to the grocery store as well as local restaurants. We had a great time staying there.

When we arrived we were greeted at the gate and it was swift to get settled in the complex. The condo had everything we needed and we were happy with what was provided. The listing does make it look a bit bigger than it was but we were there to enjoy the community and the area and really only needed a place to eat, sleep and shower. The AC was in each room and I slept well on the beds. The backyard was full if cute little lizards and a nice hammock for reading in. Moises was very helpful with any questions we had and even connected us to his friend Danny if we had any further questions.

As a previous reviewer mentioned, the location of the pin on VRBO for this place is not accurate. It shows as in the village of Puerto Morelos near the beach, but it's west on the other side of the highway in a condo community.Other than that, it is a nice little place that comfortably sleeps 6 (not 8) people. The 4th "bedroom" is a laundry room with a futon that we struggled to get open properly and was very uncomfortable.If you have a group of 6 or fewer and are fine being a 10-15 minute drive from town/beach, then this place is a decent value. It's clean and bright and steps from the pool.
