Great location. Clean. Has everything you need.
A bit dated. Had to switch rooms due to AC not working. Did notice cockroachs on ground floor.

Location was great, kingsize bed comfortable and sheets were.changed and towels replaced. Kitchen well equipped -- although there was ample toilet paper and kleenex, no paper towels for the kitchen. They offered a fresh kitchen sponge and dish liquid and liquid soap in bathroom.
Fresh water jugs replaced as needed and a complimentary hairdryer was loaned.
All appliances worked well including air condotioner and fans. Lots of light and window blinds to keep heat out.
Late checkin was a bit of a thing. Despite reaching out 2x before arrival, on date of arrival, there was no comm. through Booking.com despite 2 times reaching out.
Our flight was late and after picking up rental car we arrived at 11pm. Thank God I had a phone and there was phone # posted at secure gate (which I loved, too). I called and Abril walked me through the process to retrieve keys.
And, she had sent instructions on Whattsap, but didn't get this prior to flight.
We never really got a "tour" of the property, per se.
The pool is cute and kept clean. 4 lounge chairs (not sure where cushions were kept) and in the main courtyard of the compound. Too bad it wasn't on the roof where palapa was. It would have been better to hang out there in a hot midday afternoon.
A dish drainer would be a nice addition and a kettle to make a cup of tea.
Husband didn't like balcony furniture.

Location. Condo was well stocked.
We could not get the TV to work but others in the complex said the same thing. We were scrambling at one point to get trash bags, but they brought us some eventually.
The pool is pretty much in the shade so it remains cold.

Location was great close to everything.
Pool was cold and always in shade.
Host was always friendly and helpful.
Kitchen could use a few more dishes and pots and pan.
Location of pool and not a lot of chairs to sit on. We had to pay extra for beach chairs and umbrella ☂️ could’nt take the wind.
