Each room features locally crafted furniture and Mexican granite kitchen countertops fabricated by a true local artist. Each building also features an amazing roof top palapa to enjoy your Mexican siesta while overlooking the ocean and tropical flowers on your own private balcony as you enjoy your morning coffee.
K’áanáb, meaning “house by the sea” in the Mayan language, allows you to immerse yourself in the Mexican tradition. Each room features locally crafted furniture and Mexican granite kitchen counter tops.

I was disappointed that we were not put in the building that was advertised. I was aware of a very loud nightclub and chose a location a block away. Instead we were put in a building directly adjacent to it. The advertisement included daily breakfast at a local restaurant, this was not available, instead they offered one dinner at that restaurant. Also when I booked through the Canadian site the price was in Canadian dollars however I was charged the same number of dollars but in US. This increased my price by 1500.00 Can When I pointed this out I was told there was nothing they could do. I felt no effort was made other than the offer of one dinner. I take responsibility for approving the expense, however I wrongly assumed that i would be able to straighten it out later because at the time of this transaction going through I had a close family member go into hospice and was being diagnosed with a serious medical condition myself. The family member passed away one month later and I have since had surgery.Aside from all of the above, the staff were wonderful and the room was all that was required for 2 people to enjoy a month stay in comfort.
