About this apartment rental
Centrally located in the heart of the village-Puerto Morelos, steps to the beach, and 5 min. stroll down the beach to town. The complex is a newly remodeled boutique style condo surrounded by a private courtyard with swimming pool. The beach is 100 ft from the condo and is located directly on the pedestrian beach access path. We are located on the north side of the village which has the gorgeous white sand beaches and turquoise blue ocean. Our neighborhood has a welcoming sunny-beach-time atmosphere enjoyed year round by all! The ocean is always warm and the sun is always shinning, even when it rains!

The property has 6 condos available in (1 and 2-bedroom) configuration ranging from 650-900 sq ft. All the condos have large beach/ocean side patios with great ocean views (1st floor views are limited). Please contact owner for availability and pricing of individual units. Rentals during the Christmas/Holiday season require a 7 night minimum stay.
-The kitchen is a modern open design with center-island and granite counter tops. It is well equipped with full size refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven and all the necessary small appliances and a separate dining areas.
-The family area has couch seating with a flat screen TV, Streamer boxes and Wireless Internet . It opens up (double sliding glass doors) to beach/ocean patio decks that wrap-around the condo. Patios decks are fully furnished with built-in lounge seating and table/chairs for outdoor enjoyment.
-The bedrooms have king/queen beds and/or 2 single beds, all with en-suite (private) bathrooms, walk-in showers, and ample storage space for your personal items.
-Ceiling fans (5) are installed in all rooms, kitchen, family, bedrooms and bathrooms.
-A/C is available throughout the condo.
-Also included are all the toys - paddle board, kayaks, bikes and beach chairs/umbrella!

This property was well kept and had a well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the view from the balcony and the location.

The condo is in an easy location to get to the beach and into town - comfortable rooms, clean, well-stocked kitchen, etc. Communication was easy and our kids enjoyed the pool. We had a wonderful time!

We had a great vacation, family of 4 (2 teens). I would easily stay at Dos Delfines again, but look for a different unit. There are more pros than cons, but the cons are big enough that I would not stay in this unit again.Pros: (1) Amazing location to beach & town. (2) Communication was excellent & Amanda is very helpful. (3) Felt safe with the complex & in the condo. (4) Loved the beach chairs, umbrella, & bikes. It was too windy, but there were 2 paddle boards & kayaks to use. (5) Condo has everything you need to cook, but so close to restaurants, it was fun trying new places. (6) We were there 5 nights & cleaning lady came, which was great for new towels, etc. (7) Used Ride Mexico, transportation, that was suggested twice, & they were great.Cons: (1) Beds are extremely hard, like sleeping on a board. Hard to get a good night sleep & our backs hurt. (2) Couch is very uncomfortable. Would have liked to be able to sit & read or watch a movie, but it was too hard. (3) There is no shower head, water is a mist. If you're under 6ft, I don't know how you would wash your hair. Also, 1 of the showers was missing part of the glass door. Not a big deal other than it got water everywhere. (4) Door to outside, room with twin beds, has a lock like a bathroom door would have. Door also opens out, so putting something in front of the door, wouldn't help. I would have liked a deadbolt or something heavier to lock it.
