Our gorgeous townhome condo has been designed with 1722 sq ft with your comfort in mind. A few of the amenities are marble floors, 5 tons air conditioning, ceiling fans, built in entertainment center with a 55 inch Smart TV, granite counter tops and vanities, and 10' ceilings throughout. Both large bedrooms are equipped with king size beds and Smart TVs. With the rental of this luxurious town home condo you will also have access to a beautiful custom design swimming pool and spa and or kiddy pool, gated semi covered parking and with elevator access. We had an excellent stay. Beautiful view! Apartment had everything we needed including additional chairs for the beach. Kitchen, tvs etc all were in good working order - all was clean comfortable and enjoyable! Would def return! Thanks!

My husband and I absolutely loved this condo. It was exceptionally clean and spacious. We used all three patios! Liz greeted us upon arrival, offered her help as needed and provided a lovely welcome fruit basket that we enjoyed all week. We have stayed in several locations in Puerto Morelos and this is our favorite.

My family stayed at Ocean Homes for spring break ‘24, and the property and facilities exceeded our expectations. The beach was beautiful, proximity town was great, and you could walk everywhere. The property manager (Liz) was more than helpful, very quick to respond and provided excellent suggestions for day trips and contacts. We will definitely be back!
