Location, except no ocean views!
Very poor water pressure in bathrooms, so could only use handheld device in showers. No bug screens on windows. A better coffee maker! Smoke and noise bad from bar below us so unable to have balcony doors open in evenings. Noisy until at least 11:00 pm

I liked the privacy and the security of the apartment. It was very spacious and loved having an ensuite.
The location was excellent.
I would request a drape in the kitchen / dining area to keep the sun / heat out, as this was the only room with no aircon.
Also the fly screen to the front verandah had been removed and not replaced, therefore could not keep the door open during the night for some fresh air.

The property was convenient, very clean and spacious.
Although the flat is not advertised specifically for the disabled, (it states it is handicap accessible) there are a number of features that could be added to assist those with limited mobility:
1) Grab handles in the shower
2) Grab handles in bathroom next to toilet
Also, as per other client comments, a small table and 2 chairs for the balcony would be a nice touch. Air conditioning would be appreciated in the lounge area.
