Clean great house! Location was great for us, we had a wedding at Folly Beaches Pelican Watch pavilion and we were 8 minutes away. The food and shops that were within walking distance we great! My 6 year old wants to rent this again!

Loved our long weekend at Folly Beach. Just what we needed for three adult couples in town for a concert

The location was prefect and the neighbors were amazing. We would certainly stay again. There was food in the microwave, coffee stains on the wall, fridge and tubs could have been cleaner. Linens were exceptionally clean. They smelled so good😊. The master bed was very high up. We had to jump on the bed to get on it. A step a step stool on both sides could have easily fixed this. An older group of tenants may not have been able to utilize this bed along with the tall chairs on the porch and bar stools as they were wobbly. If you plan to cook most of your meals you will need to bring cooking utensils. There was only 1spatula to cook with. There were plenty of utensils and cups. The measuring cup we used had food in it but we do wash everything before we use it even if it looks clean. I would suggest leaving 1 trash bag per day that someone will be renting the space. These are just my concerns and I had a wonderful stay. The view was great and the location was even better. I lived it!
