Here on the western shores of Panama City Beach, you'll have 600 feet of private white sand (including seasonal beach service), indoor and outdoor pools, several hot tubs, a movie theater, a game room, and a 4,300-square-foot fitness center with a sauna and steam room.
This resort condo is located near an abundance of dining, shopping, recreation, and entertainment. Grab a coffee at Starbucks on your way out the door and spend a day exploring Pier Park (less than a mile east), which is home to 124 stores, an assortment of restaurants, an IMAX theater, a Dave & Buster's, the Panama City Beach Skywheel, and various live music events. Experience a wildlife encounter at Gulf World (one mile east), or bring a picnic and your kayak to the serene shores of St. Andrews State Park (11 miles east).
THINGS TO KNOW
Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 25.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The condo itself was very clean and well maintained. The door to the balcony was a little difficult to open and close but it also ensured it couldn’t be thrown open easily by kids etc. The dishwasher and washer/dryer ran well. The couch bed slept great for our kids that chose to sleep there. The other child loved the bunk beds. The resort was also very nice with all the amenities you could desire. Loved the private beach access and 2 provided beach chairs. The kids enjoyed the pools and hot tubs as well. Loved the poolside drinks. Would definitely stay there again.

The pictures looked the same as when we arrived. Only thing was someone had smoked weed in the condo before us and the smell was very heavy.

It needs black out curtains in bedroom. Could have been cleaner. Those rugs are nasty and they stink. Turned my feet black
