Relax on your balcony with a newspaper each morning, and head downstairs to find two lagoon swimming pools, a heated indoor pool, an outdoor shower, a fitness center, a steam room, hot tubs, and a library with books and games for all ages.
Enjoy the sand and surf of the adjacent beach or take the whole family out for a day of fun at Shipwreck Island Waterpark, just four miles from your door. Pier Park - home to over 100 stores, restaurants, an IMAX theater, the Panama City Beach Skywheel, live music events, and much more - is just over half a mile east, as is the Russell-Fields Pier. Fit in a wildlife encounter at Gulf World (one mile east), or plan a visit to tranquil St. Andrews State Park (11 miles east).

Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 22.
Dock details: There is additional parking at Mr. Hill's across the street that costs $10 per day. There is no dock on site.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Our 4 night stay at tidewater beach resort was perfect! The condo was spotless and cozy! Beds and pillows were clean and comfy. The view was breathtaking. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone with a big family. It was spacious and included everything we needed to cook and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. I love how the umbrellas and chairs were included in the stay! There is also a Starbucks in the resort which was very convenient.

The elevators were directly in front of our unit and we heard them day and night. We didn’t experience the extremely long delays that others have complained about. The furnishings were okay and the unit needs a decent skillet. The only one in the cabinets was barely big enough for one egg. The bench at the table had a wobbly leg so we ate at the coffee table. Loved the beach chair service that came with the unit, The very loud elevators constantly running all hours of the day and night were the biggest drawback. The little cafe had a great breakfast down on the 1st floor. All in all it was a relaxing beach vacation with great weather and water.

The sofa had bed bugs. My son has bites all on his arms and legs, the dryer didn’t work, and the stove wasn’t working properly
