Adorable updated Classic Saltbox Home. 3 beds, 1 full bath w. combo tub & shower. The home is located in desirable NE Tacoma/Browns Point, Just minutes from thriving Downtown Tacoma, Port of Tacoma, Browns Point Waterfront, Lighthouse, and beaches—approx. 5 minutes from King County Aquatic Center & the heart of Federal Way. Plenty of parking is in the off-street driveway—only 30 mins. from Sea-Tac International Airport. The home has a magnificent view of Mount Rainier & a large yard w. a flagstone patio to enjoy during the nice weather. Outdoor patio & gas BBQ are available for use during the warm season. Well-equipped w. a full kitchen, you can stay in and cook or head out to the many local restaurants less than a 10-minute drive away. Grocery stores,gas stations,restaurants,theatres,casinos, zoos, & fairgrounds all within a 5-15 min drive, depending on traffic. Visit Mount Rainier, 1 hour away, or the Olympic Mountains & 45 minutes to Downtown Seattle. New bedframes installed 8/2024.

This was a lovely choice for our trip. The house was small, but had everything we needed. The host responded quickly. Check in and out were easy. The location was perfect for us We would definitely stay there again.

This house didn't have many amenities... almost nothing. 2 rolls tp, 3 washer pods, conditioner, no shampoo, a first aid kit, salt, pepper, sugar, enough coffee pods for 2 cups a day (nothing extra id recommend bringing everything you need). It was clean, however the 3rd bedroom upstairs had old carpet that I think caused the strong, musty smell. No AC. The TV was small (maybe 30in) poor sound/visual quality with basic dish channels only. Not a smart TV so we couldn't order a movie or use Netflix. There was wifi though from our phones/computer. The furniture and decorations were outdated and not very comfortable. The house was cute, but on a busy corner in a questionable neighborhood. Not close to anything... we had to uber around, not complaining but would be nice to have something close..... what helped make the trip is our family played cards every night and ate out at nice restaurants. It was alot of fun.
