We came to the Tacoma area for our daughter’s wedding. I wanted a place that was comfortable and safe. This was it. It had a very welcoming feel and the neighborhood was excellent. It is a bit of a drive to Tacoma Dome area and city locations, but worth it.

House was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the beautiful garden and weather while visiting Mt. Rainier.

I will begin with what a lovely, spacious, and clean home. The family was delighted to discover the towel animals. The pond out back created a tranquil area for the family to relax in. It was located in a peaceful neighborhood.A few things that would have enhanced the stay are extra towels. Also, instructions on where the recycling bin was and what can be recylced would be helpful.The reason it gets four out of five stars is the communication between myself and the property company. A few days after making the reservation, I asked to extend the stay by one night. I did not get a response and messaged again several weeks later. The response came over a week later that they could not extend the stay. The bad communication continued. On the day of checking in, I received an email stating they could not extend the reservation. The communication was terrible between myself and the property company.

The house was perfect for our family. It’s was spacious and very clean! Didn’t know it was frog season, but that was an added bonus!
