Experience the greater Seattle Area like a local in this Mid-Century 3-bedroom house. This large, recently updated house features 3 queen-sized bedrooms, including a full ensuite primary bedroom, and two other nice-sized bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Each bedroom features blackout curtains with privacy sheers, desk & chair, large dresser, full-length mirror, WiFi internet access, and a new, 43", UHD 4K Smart TV with internet. Additional space including a kitchen, breakfast nook, glass sunroom, living areas and a large fenced yard, make it a family ready stay. Plenty of parking and a 5 minute drive to the new Light Rail station make access to SeaTac airport, sports arenas and downtown Seattle a breeze. Nearby restaurants and shopping add to the convenient location.

This is a superb rental. The hosts left ice cream and coffee from their other businesses. The house is so well decorated and appointed with anything you would need. It is very close to shops and dining as well as the Federal Way transit station. We had to ask about the door code, and the hosts were super responsive
