This home is a 15 minute walk from the Federal Way Downtown light rail station, located 0.7 miles away.
After a day of sightseeing, return to the house and relax in the cozy living room or enjoy a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Stay connected with high-speed internet, stay cool during the warmer months with central air conditioning, and have the convenience of a washer/dryer at your disposal.

Please note this property has two homes: this vacation rental home and a main house with full-time tenants.
Owners have a zero-tolerance policy for extra guests at any time. Violating the maximum Occupancy of 4 people will result in immediate eviction from the premises of all parties with no refund.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Comfortable and conveniently located to shops, restaurants, and highways. The landscape surrounding the cottage was the best.

The code given did not work to enter property and took over an hour to resolve.Also, the yard of the property was not maintained with half dead ferns and moss covering front entrance.Both Vacasa and owner need to do a better job.
