We are family of four we checked in at 11:30 PM. At 12:30 AM the room next to us the people inside them were doing something very inappropriate. Very thin walls Mind you I’m here with my two kids and they heard all that of that inappropriate stuff.At 1:30 AM, we hear a fight happening outside our room and they all Spanish speaking and they were yelling very loudly very very loudly for two hours. We are very shocked on the fact that no one had came to stop the fight not even security on the fight that was going on for two hours. My family got no sleep. Most of us gone not even 10 minutes of sleep. in the morning, we came down in the morning and then we tell the receptionist on what happened and then he had called the manager. The manager and the came and told us like sorry and stuff and then she said she was gonna send us an email for like a discount for another day if we wanted to come back another day and she still hasn’t sent an email. I am very frustrated on how Management try to solve the problem. We are family of four we checked in at 11:30 PM. Good location in Federal Way, 1hr to Seattle. Good value, average breakfast and kind staffs. One thing the bed could be better. Mattress is not comfortable. Spring too soft and noisy. Overall good hotel I’d recommend.

The pillows on the beds are horrible, smaller length and HARD.... I have been traveling staying in Hotels for over 55 years, these ARE THE WORST PILLOWS IN A ROOM I HAVE EVER SEEN !!! THE COUNTER GIRL SAID THEY JUST STARTED CHANGING TO THEM....... IF THEY KEEP THEM, I WILL NOT COME BACK.... ITS PRETTY BAD WHEN A ROLLED UP TOWEL IS BETTER !! Don
