Hot tub with room for 6 on the gated deck and all bedrooms offer deck access. Laundry Area with washer and dryer.

Large great room with wood fireplace, 42" HD TV and cathedral ceiling, large kitchen with stainless appliances, new flooring, new cabinets and counter seating for 3, dining room seating 10, half bath, gated sundeck and enclosed porch with windows.

We enjoyed our stay at "Shoulda Been Here Yesterday." Our needs were adequately met, but overall the home needs some TLC. Great room furniture a bit scant and in worn state. Some outlets and switches need to be secured better, carpeting on stairs stained, area rug needed a nonslip pad in main bedroom, need the over stove lightbulb replaced, leaky kitchen faucet, and sticking sliding door from great room to second floor deck. All minor, but if it was my property, I'd want to be aware of them.
