Beach Access: Just a quick walk from the home! Head east out of the driveway to the end of Crown Point Circle where you'll have access to a public walkway to the beach.
No Smoking/Vaping. Dog Friendly. Dogs allowed for an additional fee. The fireplace is available during the off-season only. The hot tub is Seasonal - Seasonal Hot Tubs are not available from January through mid-March.
“The entrance, backyard, and driveway to this home are monitored by a camera. Any attempt to dismantle, move, or tamper with the camera device in any way is a violation of our house rules and additional charges may apply.”
All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.
Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.

Perfect set up for two families beach weekend. Super close to beach. We had a couple of minor issues that were handled quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

The house is simple with classic, if dated, beach decor. It was generally as pictured. It is aged and the carpets are well worn and there was not much comfortable common area seating for our group. The grill needed a good cleaning. The management company was very responsive when we asked for the propane to be refilled and for a hose.

We saw roaches a couple of times which was not great. The morning of our check-in I received a call that the a/c was out on the top floor, which is where the living area and kitchen are. The woman I spoke with told me they had known since Tuesday but for some reason waited until Saturday, when we were already on our way to tell us. They did provide window units but they were very loud and didn't keep up in the middle of the day nor when we were cooking. I was surprised that they didn't check in mid-week to see how we were. The top small bedroom was unbearably hot and there were no screens on any of the windows, so we couldn't open the windows in the evenings. The sliding door to the main porch was inoperable but my brother is luckily a mechanic and was able to fix it. I told them my sister was 30 weeks pregnant and my 80 year old dad was with us, I thought they would care more about their comfort in the heat, but alas.
