Should you arrive and a bike is in need of repair, please notify our office and we will make every attempt to have it repaired. In addition, we do provide discounts for bike rentals at a few of our local shops.
With this rental through Mountain Resort Properties, we provide access to the SHARC Aquatic Center, tennis courts, along with many area discounts. Ask us about our seasonal discounts offered on golf.

This house was in a great location, and perfect for pr group of 8. Everything was well furnished, clean, and made comfortable for our group. We really enjoyed our stay, and highly recommend this place for your vacation!

Love that this home is located amongst a quiet, well cared for neighborhood. The loop shaped road which leads to the driveway made for a fun bike, scooter, etc private hardscape for the kiddos...and adults. ;) Grocery store close by. House was clean and updated enough to make for a fun memorable stay. Main living area felt large enough for 2 families. Beds were very comfortable. There are high windows/skylights that I could see might bother some people needing total blackout rooms, but we managed ok. Hot tub on the deck and BBQ was nice. Kids enjoyed the ping pong table and we all used the bikes+kid trailer. SHARC passes were great. Weather was in the upper 70's/low 80's, so it felt a bit cold after coming out of the pools. SHARC hot tub was not available for young kids, just ages 16+. Frisby golf and the rock climbing wall was a hit with our families. Thank you for a great stay, I'm sure we'll be back!

We arrived June 27th, 99°f outside, 87° inside and no air conditioning. There were fans which were so too dirty to work and had to be disassembled and cleaned to work properly. After a long days travel we were not off to a good first impression for a place we paid over 2,500 to stay in for the week. Don’t expect airconditioning. Other than that the house was good. Even a window air conditioner would make this place easier to enjoy in the hot months. Would not come back in the summer.
