good location

We had cockroaches on the floor, both the closets were filled with empty carton packing boxes, the balcony was full of dirt as construction activity was in full swing in the next balconies and no drinking water facility. The least we expected was an information of the construction activity in the adjoining flats which belong to them.

The air conditioner would only cool to 78 during the day. Going to sleep hot was miserable, and being in the room was miserable when it was hot and balmy. At some point the air cooled off by morning

Room was okay, clean, but not worth over $350 a night.

Location is nice, balcony is a good size

Condo had a weird smell the whole time, TV is tiny, there is no dish soap or extra trash bags, the patio furniture was ripped up and in bad condition, the directions given for beach access were horrible and confusing, and beach chairs were rusted shut.

The bed was a bit stiff but not too bad. One of the towels did have a stain on it but that was the only problem I saw with cleanliness.

Perfect location, sub par interior.

The property couldn’t have been in a better location. It is within walking distance of both Alyce Beach and Rosemary Beach. We were in town for a wedding which was being held at both locations so we were in the perfect spot. The studio set up was just what we needed… just a notch above a hotel room. Basic accommodations with a small kitchen space. The problem with the unit is that it just shrieks of being the ugly step sister. Everything is in need of upgrading; the bedding, the pillows, the cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom are literally coming unhinged and the vinyl coating is peeling. And my one HUGE beef is that there was no hairdryer in the unit. How basic is that? Have you been to a rental unit this century that doesn’t have a hairdryer available? As I said, I was there for a wedding, and I needed to style my hair, but it wasn’t worth making the extra 30 min trip to Walmart, so the hair remained uncoiffed. This unit has so much potential. Maybe the owner should sell to someone that is willing to make some simple changes to bring it on par with the surrounding properties. This place is a diamond in the rough.

It was a decent stay overall

Nice location, beautiful view, clean for the most part. Love how much space there was for 2. Very peaceful atmosphere and we loved the kitchenette that had everything we needed.

The bed fitting sheet did not fit, kept waking up to sleeping on the mattress itself which is not sanitary. Balls of hair found multiple times during our stay. Needed a better clean (cobwebs on ceiling as well)

Good! If there were two bands in our room I would say GREAT!

Very easy walk to the beach

We only had one band in our room to get to the beach. The guy didn’t allow us to access the beach with only one band. We called and text them as soon as it was an issue. 6 hours later they responded and we had to get in our car an find where to get another band. Shame on them. A whole day and no access to the beach. Very disappointing.

The balcony and ice maker were fine. The bed and the surrounding was so small. We never saw anyone there. Strange.

Nice room, easy parking, close to where I was needed to be. I didn't actually use the beach or pool as I was meeting up with friends who had a rental house nearby

Mattress had a plastic cover, then fitted sheet; no mattress pad. That makes for a sweaty sleep and the fitted sheet was too small so it kept popping off.

We were disappointed that knowing there were roaches in our studio, nothing was done.

We had a huge roach in our small studio. We called VACASA and they said it was to be expected. We had pictures and all. Palmetto bugs ARE roaches. We barely slept and finally killed it ourselves as it climbed up the nightstand on my husband's side while we were almost asleep.

In need of repair, updating, and pest control!

Location and view were good.

Uncomfortable, filthy, old mattress & pillows. Sheet didn’t fit & no other linens to use as a replacement. Stained bedding & towels. Floor not swept. Palmetto bugs inside & on the balcony made it even more difficult to sleep or relax. Mold & remodeling repairs needed in the bathroom. Elevator not working properly. Pool needed to be cleaned. No access provided for the Beach & Tram facilities.

The apartment was as pictured and good location but had multiple roaches at night.

It was the same as the picture, location was great, and size of the room was good. I would have had a great stay if there were not roaches running through the apartment.

There were roaches all throughout the apartment. I saw at least 4 of them running around at night, absolutely disgusting. I tried talking to the company I rented through and they have been giving me the run around to get a refund. I ended up leaving my rental early and not even staying the full amount of time because I couldn't sleep in someone with giant 'waterbug' roaches running around in my stuff.

beautiful beach areas but would be worth it to pay more to get a nicer place to stay.

The parking was convenient and the balcony view was nice.

There were no wristbands when we arrived. it took several attempts to get this resolved. the call center was fantastic each time but it took too long before the local agent got back to us. The guy at the local office where we were told to go knew nothing about our property only about the property he manages. it would have been nice if we were given information on the beach entrance for this unit and how the tram works. The shower could use a bar for getting in and out. The sheets on the bed don’t fit - they pulled off to expose the plastic making it uncomfortable. All we heard was construction trucks up and down the street. The area is nice but I cannot fathom the congestion and crowds when this area gets fully developed.

While the place was mostly nice, the overall experience was disappointing.

The place itself was comfy and clean. Bed was pretty comfortable. And the balcony was nice.

I was given an incorrect code and had to contact a 3rd party to get a new one. Once I got in there were keys which I thought were for my room. They weren't and I got locked out. Since there is no office on site I had to track down a stranger to use their phone. They keys were actually for the pool, but they did work for that lock, either. So I was unable to use the pool. The water in the shower did not drain. Once I left, I realized I forgot my pillow and couldn't get in contact with the property. So I went back myself to retrieve it and MY pillow was in the closet in the room with all the other pillows, stripped of the pillowcase (which I did not get back) even tho it looked completely different from the rest of the pillows
